We don’t call our solutions team “sales” or “engineering” - they prefer to describe themselves as solution providers, problem solvers and lifetime customer team extensions. They are indeed the solutions team, from the first encounter through to the lifelong partnership they establish with their customers. They are hired by Empowered because they’ve been there standing in your shoes, feeling your pain. These team members are most often found embedded in our customer’s IT departments, where they are mistaken for employees (a moment of great pride).
This group mans the Empowered TAC (Technical Assistance Centre). They are on call 24/7, standing by to take calls from customers. Sometimes referred to as “a one stop shop for support,” they leap at any opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of a customer’s environment. They can duplicate any situation in our labs and their ability to solve problems quickly is a matter of personal pride, they are always calculating how to make existing installed solutions run even better.
The Empowered management team has exceptional depth, boasting a combined 100+ years of relevant experience. Most have been with Empowered since its inception (more than 10 years for those who are counting), providing continuity and wisdom with the three founders, who are still active in the company. All the management team members share a universal desire to create sustainable, long-lasting customer relationships based on partnerships and true value-add. It may sound like motherhood; however, to this team it is anything but.
