How we operate

Our E4 methodology is a straightforward, customer-centric framework that will bring you from ground zero to a completely installed and supported e4_methodologysolution, or it can be used to solve any part of the process. We use E4 to customize a solution to meet your individual needs.

The four components of E4 are:

Explore – and assess your current environment
Envision – the solution to your problem and all it entails
Execute – the recommended solution - source, install, configure and support
Enhance – your environment by supporting and optimizing your systems


Explore: Take your first step to improvement by understanding where you are. Our assessments include a professional and unbiased review of your operations, processes and people, which will serve as a solid foundation upon which to build recommendations for change. The assessment will give you a clear sense of where you are today, and will illuminate areas that will benefit from change.

Our assessments are most popular in our IT Management Practice Area, and include Operational Assessments for IT Tools, Operations, Storage Management, and Process Maturity; Infrastructure Assessment for Network Discovery, Network Performance, Network Topology, Storage Consolidation, Storage Virtualization, and VoIP Readiness; and Compliance Assessments for Network and Server Compliance.

Envision: See your way clear to a solution. We make recommendations for hardware, software, processes and skills -- all with one aim -- to ensure you meet your goals. Our recommendations are pragmatic, because we’ve been in your shoes. Execute: Make the solution real. When it comes to products, we have partnered with many leading vendors, and we know the product options well. If we don’t already have a partner product that meets your needs, we’ll find it for you.
